What I Do

As a headteacher, I prioritised personal development (for parents and staff as well as pupils). I now help organisations grow their own strategies and projects to improve outcomes in all areas. 

• In schools: attainment, professional development or parental relationships and engagement. 

• In businesses and other organisations: productivity, recruitment and retention or growth. 

All aspects of organisations are improved by putting positivity and attitude in the centre. 

From conference keynotes to longer staff sessions. Half day classwork to long term pupil focused programmes. Targeted parent projects to wider community initiatives.
